Day 22

I was all set to sweat hard with Jillian tonight and even looking forward to it! BUT… my cough is a bit worse, and I’m  wheezing so I decided to just do yoga, which was nice and relaxing. A few of those poses are really a challenge, and let me know that it’s so good for me to do! I want to be more limber! 😉 I did the 3rd segment, and it too was great! I think it’s mostly the yoga that I like, the girl on the video is actually a bit cheesy, but I like it overall.

Aunt Sheryl asked me today if I’ve lost a few more lb. 😉

Day 22 – Yoga to go, 20 minutes
