Hey guys! I’m still exercising every day! It’s been really hard not being online at home, because I definitely can’t post much at all, obviously 🙂

I will say that this little experiment isn’t turning out as amazing as I’d hoped ha ha. It’s really good for me though. I feel like it’s been good for me to be disciplined enough to remember each day to at least go for a walk.  I WILL keep it up for the whole year!

Hmm what do you think? Maybe I should start “couch to 5K training” while it’s nice weather out???

Wowsa! Well folks, I’m still here still getting my exercise in. I think I have just gotten tired of winter, and so most of my routines fall into yoga, chiropractic stretches, and more yoga…??? ok and so a few others but  you know.  I can’t wait till this dang snow melts and I can go jogging in the spring air! 🙂

Ok so obviously I skipped a slew of days there… but don’t fret, I did NOT skip exercising just blogging! So here is the deal. We cut off our home internet soooo, it’s really hard for me to blog at all. I think I will update you on what I did for january and what my focus is for February.

January I tried to do a different video each week, do try out some new videos and give them a chance. I ended up doing Jillian’s 30 day Shred for a week, Tai bo for a week, pilates for a week, and ummm yoga for a week :)… So there you have it (with a bit of snowshoeing in there).

February I plan to sort of start focusing on this concept… restorative exercise. However since I do not have much internet access these days, this will be slow going but I am really so excited to start working on this. My friend Steph reccommended this, and said it has changed her life!  So while I attempt to watch the webinars and read up on her stuff… I will still be doing my videos 🙂 I’ll update here and there, but know this… I have not given up, I’m still going.

I was able to go snowshoeing in Hixon Forest the other day with a freind, and it was so great. It’s gorgeous in there! And it’s always nice to have fun company too.

I did Billy Blanks Basic Training, boot camp workout again today. It would have been a perfect day for snowshoeing! darn!

I’ve always liked Billy Blanks Taibo. Is that a word? Hmm… but anyway. So a friend borrowed me her videos and I decided today that this week  is Billy blanks week! I did one of the video’s today and loved it!

ok guys. Today was going to be the day that I started week two of kick it up a notch January. I was going to do a pilates video for five days this week. but… it turns out I tried 3 different videos and hate them all. so I am going to wait a few days since there are 3 extra days (past 4 weeks) in January. Today I got my workout in between the 3 videos haha 😉 I think I might try to order the windsor pilates I used to have because I LOVED that one! Any suggestions?

This day ends my 1st week of January switch up. I did Shred again, level 3. I forced myself as sore as I was, and I’m still soo sore!

Jillian’s 30 day shred, level3!! I decided to go for level 3 and just do it the easy way… Let’s just say it’s far from easy, and I have some very sore legs and buns today!!
